I have over 29 years of experience in helping people just like you get out of pain and get back to living and loving life. Together, I am confident that we can figure out what’s causing your problem and come up with a solution to correct it. I know that Chiropractic can work for you as it’s worked for millions of other folks with similar conditions like yours.

In our office we make it about you, about your hopes and dreams while address your fears and pain. Together we can break down the barriers and uncertainties that are holding you back from living your best life now. What do I mean by all this? Here are some common things we hear in the office from our patients before starting care, does this sound familiar?

Hopes and dreams

  • I hope you can help me.
  • I dream of being able to sleep all night.
  • I really, really want to get off this couch!!

Fears and concerns

  • How will I pay for all this?
  • If this is what old feels like you can shoot me now!
  • I’m afraid I’ll wind up like my parents, always in pain.

Barriers and uncertainties

  • I don’t have insurance.
  • What if I have something serious like cancer?
  • I don’t trust chiropractors as they are not real doctors.

These are just a few of the questions we’ll be able to answer on your first visit.  All you have to do is take that first step by calling us, after that we will take it one step at a time.  To help you out we have a New Patient Special where your first visit is only $21.00!

Here are the 4 main questions we will answer for you.

1.     What’s wrong?

2.     Can you fix it?

3.     How much will it cost?

4.     How long will it take?

What does an adjustment look like?

Here is a very short video of a traditional (Diversified or Palmer) adjusting method. I also use different low force techniques for infants, children and those patients who don't like to hear anything pop or crack.  Chiropractic Adjustment

What I believe

I believe I was chosen to be a chiropractor. During a conversation one of my mentors stated, in no uncertain terms, that I did not choose to become a chiropractor. I was chosen. This completely changed my view of the office and my purpose in life. It’s not about me, it’s about the office, the staff and the patients.

Your “Rich Life” has more do to with your health account than your bank account. A rich life is one where you choose what you do with your time. You have the ability to work out, go to the beach, walk through a mall and window shop. Once your health account drops below a certain level, you become limited. Let’s try and put that off for as long as possible.

We need to correct the problem that's causing your pain, not cover it up with medication. Medical doctors are great when it comes to trauma, they are not so good when it comes to spinal problems. Their main focus is to get rid of the pain, and short term pain relief is great. My focus is correcting the problem that is causing your condition so it doesn't keep coming back.

How I run my office

I take a different approach than most doctors out there. My office is about taking care of people, finding out what they need to get better and delivering health care in the best way possible.

I don’t believe in lecturing you about your health, weight, or lifestyle. How you live your life or even your weight may have nothing to do with your condition. What I will focus on is the adjustment. How can I deliver the best adjustment possible to help this person, this child better.

I don’t believe in lecturing you on care. Do you want to correct your problem? Great, let’s get started!! Do you only want to come in when you hurt? Great, let’s get started. It’s your body to do with as you wish. I have learned that some folks don’t have the time or money to fix the problem.

We respect your time and don’t waste it. Our office is set up for you, we honor your time by delivering your treatment on time and on purpose.

It’s about freedom.  When your body is working well you have the freedom to go to work without your back hurting. You can do what you want when you want, without pain. That is freedom to me.

In case you're wondering how I wound up here

I was born in Coral Gables, Florida and grew up in West Palm Beach. In my early years I spent most of my time fishing and surfing while trying to avoid school as much as possible. I never dreamed that I would become a doctor as I was a D+ student at best. After graduating from John I Leonard High School in 1979 I worked many an odd job while trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. I was all over the place but nothing seemed to fit. At the tender young age of 28 something inside me said, how about being a chiropractor?  I was accepted to Cleveland Chiropractic School in Kansas City, MO in 1989 and dug into the course work. I found anatomy and neurology fascinating. I graduated with honors and returned home to work with my dad in Lake Worth, Fl.

The father son team lasted a month, I decided to head to Colorado with my girlfriend as she didn't like Florida and I was unemployed.  We moved to Littleton, CO and started a small practice that eventually grew into a busy office with multiple employees. I never liked being so far from home so, after 10 years of enjoying Colorado we sold the practice and moved to Hendersonville, TN.  During the next few years my ex-wife left for greener pastures and I stayed in TN.

And then I met Laurie

She was nice enough to move from WPB to TN and marry me 2012. Together we continued to grow the practice and enjoyed the Nashville area. We both knew that Florida was our home so we sold our practice to a great doc and moved back home. The new office is now up and running and we don't plan on ever leaving Florida again.  Laurie has become a busy realtor here while I still try to sneak off to the beach wehn able for some fishing and surfing. I guess somethings never change : )
